I filled the i130 for my dad in India. He currently has visitor visa until 2028, he does t want to immigrate to USA and just keep visiting. If I withdraw the i130 now or later when it’s approved, will it impact his visitor visa? Can he still travel using his visitor visa and can we still extend his visitor visa?
