After 485 approval, you are a GC holder. Which means I-140 should have been approved long back. There should be no effect of such revokation ... I am not sure if USCIS will even entertain such a petition
As per the August 2003 memo, once I-140 is approved and 180 days have passed since the filing of 485 ( concurrent or other wise) than withdrawl of I-140 will have no effect on the GC.
