withdraw Cross chargeability

hi,

I am new here. i dont know much about these immigration issue and desperately need some help.

My husband is from india and he has applied for CC through my canadian citizenship(born citizen) he has already gotten canadian residency thru me. and is waiting for GC . He is extremely abusive and i personally think has a some perosnality disorder. I would like to withdraw this CC thing. I dont want him using my citizenship to get his GC soon.

Can you plz tell me what i need to do ...????
I am thinking of writing a letter sayiing i dont want my husband using CC through me plz put him under the indian visa quota. and put all relevant LIN #'s.

is it gonna work?
i called the uscis and htey have no idea what CC is..???

Are you still want to continue the marriage?

Staying in wedlock, it may be tough to withdraw crosschargebility, though you can write a letter to USCIS by yourself (or attorney) to withdraw it. If you withdraw CC, that will delay your GC too, if he breaks up then you will loose the GC itself.
