With PD current, AOS or No AOS

Hi all,
I have two immigration cases pending. I have already filed AOS for one of them. I am wondering if I have to file I-485(AOS) for the other one too with the Priority dates becomming current?

One EB-3 with PD of 8/2004, I-140 regular stuck in Texas with RD 01/12/2006Second EB-2 with PD 01/2007, Concurrent filing of I-140/I-485 with RD03/16/2007
I-140 approved on 03/29/2007
FP:04/21/07

Pls help so I don't make a mistake.

Its just my opinion but

I think I485 that was filed first, will be approved first

I just talked to my attorney and he thinks I need not worry as we cannot file another AOS.
