Winter Season for Ohio,USA

I will be moving to Dublin,Ohio,USA with in August this year, Any body give me and idea when will be winter season starts to Ohio state. Then I can plan my movement.

OH can get simmering hot in Aug., but avg. mild, 75-85.
Winter peaks in late Dec- Jan.
