Winnipeg citizenship test Are Kids allowed?

My wife and me are scheduled for Citizenship test on October 27 at Winnipeg, MB. I have a few questions...Please help with your expert advice.

1. Are children (3 year old child) allowed with the mother to the test?
2. Is there a same day oath ceremony here?
3. When we will know about the result of the test?
