winning asylum case and dv lottery at the same time

Hi,
I was trying to know if in case someone wins asylum at the same time he wins the dv lottery,and he decide to adjust to green card through the dv lottery will that cause any problem?Or in case he wants to from dv lottery green card to asylum green card ,will ther be any problem.Thanks guys

If you filed for asylum and granted 'protective status' and then in the middle of it you win DV , YOU CAN file for AoS based on DV winning. But that needs to be filed under the imm. courts directions, not direct by you to Chicago lock box.

For someone already in the asylum route, it is bit complicated depending on your 'current imm. status' as of when you are eligible to file an i-485 based on DV.

Therefore if you are in that situation......IT IS 100% IMPERATIVE THAT YOU DO IT UNDER COMPETENT LEGAL ADVISE !

Thanks for the reply,I have my interview for asylum this august , and am kind of stress , hope it will pass.Does anyone know how to prepare for the interview or has anyone been in this situation.Any help is appreciated

And you won DV 2013 as well??
What is you current status? 'protected'?

Pal, are you doing all this on your own?, If so its too bad.....find competent legal advise asap (period)!!
