Hi All,

I applied for 140/485 EB2 concurrent on the last week of May 2004.

Got FP notice about 4 weeks later.
Got my EAD and Parolle papers another couple of weeks later.
Got my 140 approved a week or so later.

I got a "request for evidence" for my 485 processing. I don't have a birth certificate and submitted an affidivate from both my parents. Forgot to submit a "Certificate of non availablity of birth cert" from the local Govt.

Now my Case status on https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/caseStatusSearch.do
reads
"On August 26, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 660 and 660 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case"

Am I still on the pilot prog? or do they kick me off? Any thoughts?

Thank You,
WaitingGame
PS: For those wondering it took over 3 years for my LC to come through.

Does Pilot Program apply to EB3 Concurrent Filing Employment based also

I am just wondering and really surprised and happy to see the approvals coming so fast for concurrent filers from CSC.

Does any one know how is the trend with EB3 Concurrent filers from california. Are the approvals coming this fast for EB3 concurrent filers also.

Does all the concurrent filers processed by the pilot program in CSC.

I will appreciate if any one can throw some light on this.

Thanks
