Hi All,
I applied for 140/485 EB2 concurrent on the last week of May 2004.
Got FP notice about 4 weeks later.
Got my EAD and Parolle papers another couple of weeks later.
Got my 140 approved a week or so later.
I got a "request for evidence" for my 485 processing. I don't have a birth certificate and submitted an affidivate from both my parents. Forgot to submit a "Certificate of non availablity of birth cert" from the local Govt.
Now my Case status on https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/caseStatusSearch.do
reads
"On August 26, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 660 and 660 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case"
Am I still on the pilot prog? or do they kick me off? Any thoughts?
Thank You,

PS: For those wondering it took over 3 years for my LC to come through.
