Will we see a new JIT this time around?

Well this Friday would be 2 weeks since the last JIT movement. Other centers released JIT's a few days back, and CSC is still the leader with vermont a close 2nd. What are the chances that we would see a jump this time?

Yea I know JIT means diddly, but that atleast enables people to start asking questions.

Anyway, I had another question, all the pending WAC-01 people, how many of you have muslim sounding names?? I was just wondering if that could be a reason for the delay.

My WAc 01-270 is pending (r/d Aug 2001). I do not have muslim sounding name.
I have been asked to finger priint twice. last one in Nov 2002.
Rec'd fax reply from INS that case is with an officer.

Man i am getting depressed as to why they have to kill the persons at the final stage as so much of our life and careers are invested at this stage...............................

INS should say on their website that

"Our comments/processing of GC should not be taken seriously. We are self competent to screw up anytime "

Perhaps you was born on the same day as one of the bad guys in FBI or CIA databases.

maybe their search algo is wrong..

maybe the Search Algo that INS uses matches 'alphabet' by 'alphabet' (instead of word match) - so bingo ... there is a match in every record with their criminal database.......

CSC don't do anything for 485 approving within this two weeks. So they can't release new JIT.

485 is not the only thing that CSC does

They are not completely paralyzed or something, there are other types of cases they are acting upon. So there should be a Jit released tomorrow.

Next JIT might move 2 more weeks. This will prove my argument that INS is till adjudicating 485's at a slower pace though. They are holding off on sending the approvals pending, the security clearance.

JIT

JIT is not going to move this time because INS is holding off all I-485 final approval until their new system is in place. That project is suppose to take 2 weeks projected. However it is delayed. Hope it can accomplish soon.

What happened to CSC

Whether Good or Bad they shall atleast come with a JIT report. All other SCs have done so. Is there some thing wrong with CSC?. May be more busy with the special Registration process. Some one needs to reengineer the whole system.
