My interview will be in March and due to political unrest in one of the countries that i require Police Certificate from, i fear there will be delay in obtaining Police Certificate.
Will the consulate decline my visa on interview date if they have not received Police clearance by then or will they will put my case in pendig status until they receive it. If they will then will they only do it for that month only for which my visa number was current or hold my case till visas run out i.e till Sept 2007
Also the bove process of holding - does it differ from each consulate to consulate or same for every consulate
Also does anyone know for the fingerprint form to be submitted to Police when requesting for police clearance, is this a standard form supplied by US immigration or is different for each country. If its same then can some please give me link where i can download this form from.
