Will USCIS accept or reject this application?

Hi guys,

Our company was originally planning to hire a lawyer to file H1B for a newemployee but due to bad economy our company have decided to file it themselves to save some buks... However, they left out the question regarding company income and profit. Will USCIS reject the application or will just send an RFE??
 
just an update on this:

althought we have not received a receipt yet we are happy that the check we sent uscis in reference to this application was already been encashed, therefore uscis has accepted this application. we ofcourse anticipate an rfe.
