Will Travel on AP will make 3 Years H1B extension to 1 year

Hi,

I have question on Advance Parole. I have just approved 3 Years H1B extension.
Since we already know, using Advance Parole will not invalidate H1B, however I am not sure how long my I94 will be stamp.
a. Is it according to Advanced Parole date stamp? or according to my 3 Years H1B stamp?
b. Is it ok to change employer after I coming back using "Advanced Parole"? (Assuming I already past the 180 rule and using AC21)

a. The I-94 stamp will mostly likely have a date that is one year since the date of entry with AP.
b. You use an EAD to change employers, not advance parole.
