Will this affect EB 485 processing time

Hi all,

Do you think the proposed program for the illegal workers and also the premium processing for family based 485 which takes effect in 5/2/2004; will affect the speed at which TSC is working right now or slow it down?

Anybody knows where the proposed program for illegal workers is at right now and when does it start assuming it passes the senates and congress?

Those paper work have to be handled by existing CIS employees who are supposed to handle existing case and new cases from existing programs.

bush's proposal is still in congress. It would probably take 4-5 months atleast before we hear anything, if we hear anything from it at all.
The premuim processing will defintely affect the processing times.
