Will there be issues when dependent joins CP Gurus

Since I am the primary applicant and entered US, and if I am layed off from my current employer, since my spouse already has her visa packet in India and she is yet to join me, will it create any problems whether I have a job now or not???
Can she enter the US inspite of me not working for the sponsering employer or not working at all????
Any inputs on this is greatly appreciated

Is based on your visa. You are in US and that is all that is needed for her to make an entry.
