Will there be any problem in getting a Loan while you are in Adjustement of status State

I have filed my I-458 last year March, but till waiting for approval and now working on my EAD. Now I want to purchase a home and want to apply for the loan. Will there be any problem in getting the loan ?
Any idea is welcome,

I \'ve bought a new home recently and I \'m also in I485 now and I did not get any problem in getting loan with this status.

Hi Why-R
Do you have valid H1 or other Visa while you are appling for the loan ? Mine will be expired on 31st of this month, so I am neither a visa holder nor a parmenent resident now, that scared me.

There are several previous discussion on this board on this topic. The buttomline is that your immigration status should not have any impact on the loan. There are some lenders who do want to take advantage of you. So please shop around and be aware.
 
Go Ahead with the house and a suggestion

Talk to a reputed bank like Chase(from whom I got) and they can get you loan even from the Govt. I mean the FHA loan which deffinitely have a better rate of interest.
