Will there be any problem......if I resign my job in USA when Iam in India

Hi Everyone,

How are you doing all? I have a query.....Rite now I am in India. I would like to resign my present job and would like to take a new one when I can be back to USA. I have got stamped on my Passport with H1B visa from the present company recently. Will there be any problem if I come to USA after resigning my job? Will there be any need to go for stamping again with my new H1 papers?

If you resign from the company, you can consider other company to complete procedure for your entry to US.
Since you had held H visa, you will not come under visa cap and can get new employment under H visa.

Thank you for the response. Can u please let me know..whether I have to appear to VISA again? Will I have any problem at the port of entry if I come with the visa that I got on H1B from my existing company.

On resignation, company can cancel your visa and if this happens it will create issue at port of entry.

Try to get formalities completed from new employer.
