Will the whole process be faster?

Guys,

I am going to start the immigration process soon. and I phoned several attorneys. Based on their point, they had had few client since last June. I know there are a lot of people prepare their documents by themselves, but I still think the whole processing time will be extremely fast after the current processing date changed to July 2002.
Do you guys agree?

Many believe that a main goal of the new Regulations has been to expedite the application process. As existing backlogs decrease, it is fairly certain that the remaining cases will be process more quickly than has been the case in the past.
