Will the post office forward the FP notice?

I called the cust svce for 2nd FP as the processing dates passed and FP expired, they said they will forward my inquiry and hoping to get a FP. In the mean time i moved to a diff city and not sure if i have to notify the new address right away or wait for the mail to get forwarded to my new address. Do the Attorney office gets a copy too? It's almost 4 weeks now that i din't get response from them about my inquiry.

Anybody in the same boat? What is the better way to handle this situation? Call them to update the address or wait for couple more weeks to see if i get response?

Did you update ur address using these method?

1. Filling AR-11 / AR-11SR

2. calling 800 No and update Address in pending petition

3. Sent letter to TSC requesting updating address in pending petition, with receipt copy 485.


Did USCIS send u letter that ur has been updated?


Did u call 800 no and confirm the address?

in many cases ur attorney get FP, and now days they are also sending FP to applicant too. its mean two FP will be sent you+attorney.

Post office ppl should deliver to new address. but not sure in the case where says ' Return service required' goto ur post office old one and let them know.
and send a test letter urself if they forward.

I moved second time, few mail does but few does not. but always keep update ur addressin pending appication at USCIS sending letter + update ur address with post office too
