I didn’t include the fee for fingerprint in the I-485 AOS package concurrently filed at the end of last year. The petition was approved on just this Monday! Will BCIS not ask me to be fingerprinted because I didn’t pay for it yet? I thought it should be reasonable to pay at the fingerprint site according to certain law terms. However, I am not so sure of it since nobody seems to be talking about this issue. Guys, I need to hear your voice. By the way, if I can pay at fingerprint site, how long can I get a fingerprint notics? Please comment. You are greatly appreciated.
