will the asia visa bulletin cut-off increase in coming months???

hey guys...what will be the visa bulletin for November and the following months??? by how much the number will increase?? need your help......

I called KCC, and they said that there could be two possibilites. It could either increase upto 10000, or a mere 500. They also said that it is not guaranteed, and anything could happen. I personally think that it could go up by a large margin, because the no. of Asian winners is same as last year. So, they have to increase it to give everyone chance fo the interview. Let's see what happens, as all these are just speculations.
