Many of my friends who applied almost at the same time with me all got their GC approved. I did my 2nd finger print 2 months ago but still waiting 
Since I am in DC now where doesn't belong to NSC any more. Will this be the reason to cause my case delay? I feel so frustrated and hopeless praying my case can be approved soon ...
