Will retrogress affect my card?

I did stamp on 12/08 and online status is still "xxx is approved on xxx".

I see an article on one lawyer web that even 485 is apporved, you can not get card until PD passes your PD.

My PD is after 2002/01/01. Does it mean that if I can not get card after 01/01/2005. I have to wait long time to get card?

Of course not! You are a permanent resident the day your 485 was approved. If you have received your stamp, your card is in the process of being ordered/manufacturerd and you will receive it when it is ready. That could be a matter of days or months.
