I did

I got my IEad with a photocopy. However, they did ask for the original and I explained it was with my lawyer and will take a few days to get. The officer was sympathetic.
 
Where can I find information about iEAD?

I want to know when and where I could get iEAD. I\'ve applied for EAD on 02/06/02 but haven\'t gotten it yet. Would like to apply for iEAD?
 
Just came back from San Jose Office

They took my iEAD application and $120 and sent me back waiting for a letter from them that suppose to come in 2 weeks.
 
Sandy28, did you received your iEAD card ?

I went to INS San Jose office on 6/11 to get my iEAD card.
I had been there for 4.5 hours patiently, but it\'s OK, because I could get mine finally just before 3pm.

And also, I believe that it\'s not fair for INS to take $120 again for iEAD, because INS should issue your EAD within 90 days but failed, it\'s INS fault but not yours. INS should send $120 back to you.
It was free for my case.
