I was just issued an H1-B and my wife an H4. My wife is 8 months pregnant. Will she have any problems with US immigration on the port of entry? I heard stories wherein women were sent back to their own countries because they were pregnant. Are they really that strict in US immigration? What will it take for them to let her in? Thanks.
