Will on-line status be updated after approval at local INS?

I-485 transfered from VSC to Newark INS & approved. But the on-line says 'file transfered to local INS office' even after approval.

So fanybody who got approved after local INS transfer could you share this information? Will the status be updated on-line?
What is receipt number to track down the plastic card?

It takes a while to get updated after your stamping is done. AT least a month.
The message will change to a card ordered for you but hat takes 1-5 months after stamping.
 
online messages may not change forever.
For example, my friend's application was approved about 6 months ago, but it still says pending.
 
once a case is approved by Vermont center or has been transferred to local INS it doesn't bounce back to Vermont center till the office that stamps the passport sends it back to Vermont center.
In regual approvals the INS office which stamps sends back the papers to Vermont office which orders the card and also change the online status however I am not sure about transfer cases may be once the case gets transferred it never goes back to Vermont so status never gets changed.
