Will NVC send another request for documents??

Hi guys, i'm inquiring for my siste's case. She already paid the bill to NVC way back July 2007 then got the packet 3 by August 2007. they submitted all the required documents by mid August 2007 but was returned due to no available visa.. Now her priority date is current and we inquired to the Automated machine and was told that NVC is waiting for th biographical forms from the lawyer. we contacted the lawyer and was told that they have not received a new request from NVC to submit the documents.

Question : will NVC send a new request to resubmit the documents? or is the old letter they receive last August 2007 still good and just resubmit the whole packet??

contact with NVC live customer service. and they should be able to look into your files and tell you what is missing or if they should be sending you another inquiry etc. NVC is pretty friendly. Call them.
