Will NVC AVM changes for the this CP TRACKER step ????

Hi ,
My lawyer sent the money order to St. Louis on Apr 13th 2004.
Since yesterday I am checking the NVC AVM. AVM message
still says 'Your fee bill was generated on ....'.

Will the AVM message changes for 'St Louis Notify NVC' cp tracker
step or it will change only after Packet 3 generated ????
 
There should be a status change saying, “payment received” or something to that affect. In my case it took them 7 days to change the message after we mailed the payment. It took another 4 days to generate the DS230/Package 3.

Once you have made the payment, it normally gets cashed in about 1 week and takes 1 more week for the nvc avm to get updated. And message will change to "PAyment received and biographic form generated/ mailed/" OR " Awaiting biographic form" depending on when you check the AVM. COz the above wording change pretty fast in a matter of day!!

I believe it does reflect the change. But as KD said, if the generate the P3 fast enought, you might not even notice it.

Today AVM updated with the message that 'Immigration Visa
Fee bill was received on Apr 22, 2004. Wait for further instructions .....'

Like you mentioned, I will wait to receive PACKET 3 from NVC.
 
Payment notice

Hi,
When does this payment notice comes and to whom does it comes (I mean to the lawyer or directly to us ) ?

If the lawyer is acting as your agent then he/she recieves the notice. The amount should be $335 per applicant/family member and you can combine it as one demand draft.
