Will my case be stuck till my spouse's 2nd FP is cleared?

My spouse needs to have the 2nd FP due to FBI could not process the 1st set. My question is will our cases move differently in terms of schedule? I hate this different schedule thing, since DO office is 2 hours away from where I live and I have to drive my spouse there

Unlike I-485's, N-400 petitions are independent of each other (husband & wife) and follow own timelines.

your case will not be 'stucked' . Your wife's case may be 'stucked'.
if you drived your wife to the FP before, you will probably have to do that again.
