Hi,
On October 2014 I registered for the Dv Lottery programme. On May 2015 the results came and my spouse and my eligible child( under 21 and unmarried) were the beneficiries. After submitting the three Ds-260 forms of I my spouse and my child on june 2015 to CEAC, recently we received an e-mail to chek the ESC site for the interview time. After checking the ESC site we found that our daughter whose birthday is May 21,1994 is also listed as the beneficiary in the notification letter. She has never been listed as the eligible child (under 21 and unmarried) in the originial form of the Dv lottery and she has never been submitted a Ds-260 form to CEAC. She was listed as my over 21 year old child in Ds260 form and also over 21 year old child on her mother's Ds-260 form. Please clarify this subject. There are only three applicants eligible to this interview and only three eligible applicants submitted there Ds-260 forms. You can check it please.

First may I suggest editing your post and being careful not to post such identifying information as full names on the internet.

It's clearly a mistake on the part of the KCC, don't worry about it. Your ineligible child obviously will not come to the interview and they will easily see what happened at the interview as they will see both the entry form and the DS260s there. Don't stress, just get the documents ready for all eligible entrants.

Good luck for the interview!
