Hi Friends,

Please need your help on this.

I got my GC in April'02 ( approval & stamp in passport).

That company is not in good shape so I quit the employer and
joined another company in the month of June'02.

I am still having good terms with my previous employer ( who sponsered my GC ).

Here is the question:
Now I am sending the documents to my Parents for a visitor visa.

After looking at my visitor visa docs, consulate can quickly find
that I quit the employer just after getting my GC.

Do you think, will it cause any problems for me in future or my
parents ?

ANy help/suggestions appreciated.

Thanks.

Play Safe!

Don't think you require a sponsor for a simple Tourist visa. See if they can get the visa by simply stating that they are planning on visiting the US for a vacation.

In things like this playing safe wont harm. Like SM mentioned earlier, it probably won't matter so much, but why take chances?

I guess affidavit I-130 ...

is what they will be concerned with. Basically to make sure that you can support the visitor's stay here.

But this changing job might come up when you apply for citizenship. But thats a different matter altogether.
