Will it cause any problem if changing address without submit AR-11?

I changed my address in April and called IIO to notify them the new address, but I NEVER submit the AR-11 form.

After reading a couple posts about recent address change policy, I am getting nervous that if I will meet trouble without the AR-11.
My RD is 9/27. So it is not too far. I am think if I have to submit the AR-11 now.

Do you guys have any idea?

I wouldn't worry about that if I were you, for two reasons:

1. this rule will be enforced only after 60 day comment period.

2. you already have called IIO to register your new address. At most, call IIO again and see if they have your new address or old.

I called IIO to update my address. He said AR11 is not required.
but according to my lawyer sending AR11 will keep u on safeside.
I am sending AR11 tomorrow. RD: 09/14
 
During my 485 process I've changed my address. Called VSC and informed the new address to IIO over the phone. Never submitted AR-11 form. Last week they approved my 485 without any RFE.

Recently I changed my apt within town. Next day I reported change of address to my lawyer. Immidiately he sent letter ( I received CC) sent to VSC with revelent forms. I asked him "Should I send form AR-11". He said "I don't have to do anything else".

I approched my employer. He asked lawyer same question about AR-11. Lawyer gave same answer.

After reading this news, I am very confused. Can you gurus advice me on this?

If I have to file AR-11, what should I put in the column "May Stay in U.S. expires on" , since my h1 is expired (jun 2002) and I am on EAD.
