Dear fellows,

I would like to ask you a question regarding my wife's case. I'm the petitioner and the sponsor for her. I have the eligibility to be the sponsor but in my 2005 income tax return showing I owe some federal tax.

So , Please let me know if i send my Affidavit of Support form with that IRS return, will it be a problem?

Urgent Help will be appriciated.

But Dude my question is " Is it Ok to send the IRS Return Copies to NVC with Affidavit of Support before paying off?"
