I had signed the G28 Form. Would my I140 approval notice be mailed to my attorney or would it be receiving it?

Your attorney would get it. You would not have signed the G-28 on your I-140 since it is your employer's petition. You would have signed on your 485. I-140 approval goes to the attorney on file.
