Usually the lawyer receives the copy and not the beneficiary (you). However in case of my I-140 application, my lawyer told me that I will not receive a copy (only the lawyer does), but I received a copy as well. so either my lawyer didn't know or USCIS just accidentally sent me the copy. So, in a rare case, you might receive a copy, but usually you won't.
