Will I need G325a for me and wife (wife on H4)

Hello all,
I will be applying for 485 sometime in July, my wife is going to come in USA for the first time on 20th July on H4 visa. and then we are going to apply for 485. Will I need G325a form for her as well.

She will be in US for like 10 days before we apply, should that cause any problems/issues?

Yes. You need to provide this info. of all the dependants and would like to sponcer GC.
