Hi All,
My employment based I-140 was approved last year 15 days after I left my greencard sponsoring employer. My H1-B status was maintained during the entire procedure.
Here is the timeline:
1. Aug 30, 2004 left the sponsoring employer.
2. Joined new employer on Aug 30, 2004.
3. I-140 filed by sponsoring employer approved on Sept 15. RFE to I-485 regarding birth certificate was also received along with approved I-140.
4. New employer sent AC-21 rule usage letter to USCIS on Oct 8, 2004. RFE to I-485 (birth certificate related) was also replied to on the same date. Those two letters were mailed separately on the same date.
5. I-485 approved on Oct 25 2004.
6. Got I-551 stamping on Nov 25, 2004.
My question is:
1. Will I have any problems in renewing my greencard?
2. Do you anticipate any issues in my US citizenship based on the situation above?
Thanks,
Lolo Kholo
