Will I get RFE, My lawyer enclosed just one pay stub with 485 filing

Is there is good chance of getting RFE, bos my lawyer just one paystub with 485 filing ..I am seeing all over this board, many filers attached
1. W-2
2. Tax returns
3. 2-4 months pay stubs.

Is it a common practice to attach all the above..
Please let me know guys .. whether I will definetly get RFE

My lawyer did not attach any paystubs even though I requested ihm to do so,

and he is running a very big law firm. So I dont think there is anything to worry. His argument was that since GC is for future employement , they dont have to show current employement.

What do you mean by "they will check your current situation"?? you mean whehter you are employed or not? If so how are they going to do it unless they issue a RFE for our emp letter or paystubs?
 
My Lawyer also did not attach and paystubs,tax-returns !

Still waititng for approval though !
