Will I be getting courtesy copy of RFE ?

As per AVM , INS send out RFE for my wife...

Do we receive the courtesy copy of the RFE or INS only send to Attorney..

not necessary. INS is pretty eratic; sometime they send RFE to the applicant (and don't send any thing to the attorney). Theoritically, RFE should be sent to the attorney (if the case is being represented by one...)
