Hello, When i was 3 years old My father applied for a i130 from my uncle under F4 it was approved around 2009 and we lost the approval notice, Due to some personal issues we couldn't file for the I824 till last year We filed for the i824 and it recently got approved. Now we are waiting for NVC notice. I'm turning 21 in FEBRUARY will i be aged out?
