hi a friend of mine got his conditional greencard through marriage, then applied for permanent after two years, but they didn't get back to him in 2 years or so, but kept stamping his passport.
A few weeks ago he got a letter saying that the I-751 was incomplete and that they needed more documents. He went with his wife although they don't live together, anymore and brought some more documents.
Apparently they still weren't enough and they gave him another chance, he send pics and a few things, explained that she goes to school in another state, therefore lives with her mom part of the time.
What do you think his chances are of still getting the greencard?
