WIll H4-H1-H4 cause any problem during stamping?

My wife came to USA on H4 and got converted to H1, worked for 6 months and later, she got transfered back to H4 status. She is going for visa stamping at Chennai, for H4 in July this year. Will she have any problem because of change of status when she was in USA? She has the H4 approval notice now
 
Didnt you find out if she could apply here at St.Louis ? I am not too sure, but you could take an attorney's opinion on this.
 
We can not apply at St. Louis as the change of status happened. The rule is that we have to travel outside of the country to get the new stamping

I got a friend who came here on H4. Later changed to H1 - H4 - H1. Got stamping in India last month.

Hi,
Did your wife get her passport stamped at India?I wanted to know if she used drop box or in person interview.
I am also on the same boat.I want to know if I can use drop box as I already had h4 before?
