Will H1B be valid?

Hi All,

I'm having a valid H1B Visa stamping from company A (US based)on my passport. Now I'm in India. I haven't used the visa yet.

Presently I'm working for Company B in India. Now they are sponsoring my L1 Visa. When I apply for this L1 Visa stamping to an American Consulate in India, what would happen to my H1 B visa of company A.

All previously issued non immigrant visas are automatically canceled once a new visa is issued. Therefore your h1 visa will be canceled once you are issued an L1 visa.
