Will get my Plastic Card in 3 months-Got 6/9/03

I was surprised that BCIS has ordered my card less than 3 month since stamped.
Couldn't believe it's true.
Will post once I receive the card.

AD:2/2/03
Stamped Date: 3/10/03
Online msg changed today:

"On May 28, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

Only mine, wife and son haven't been changed.

No, mine is normal EB3 case. ND sept 2001.
I rember your approval was days ahead of mine.
Maybe the plastic card process is faster than they projected.

hey bud..

dont know man..some folks got theirs after 7 mos (stamping in Dec) - so it may have something to do with the actual local office of stamping too..dunno..just dunno...
My approval was 02/24/2003.,and stamping was 03/03/2003
No change in status..hope all goes well (fat lady hasnt sung yet) ,as with all this anti L1 H1 crap (check out www.nomoreh1b.com ,www.hireamericancitizens.org)
I want to get this over and done with

guys,

when you call in to check the status of the plastic card, are you calling the same nebraska 402-XXX number? and if so, are you punching in the LIN for the I-485 approval or is there a new LIN for plastic card issuance? I wasn't given any new LIN or any new paperwork, just a stamp.
 
hi deputy... :)

well as far as I know,from folks in my office,it's the same LIN# as u I485 application that u enter online/call on AVM to get the status,which changes to reflect that the PC has been issued.
No change in my status as of yet..
and yes,i did not get any other application number either..so relax..I think "illi" was a rare case,as I still see NSC approved cases taking around 6 - 7 mos..the reason it's impt to me is that I cant change my residence until and unless I get the PC - dont want to mess around with Address changes before that

Got the Card today 6/9/03

After 10 days ordered, I received the card in mail.
Looks I'm the lucky one and rare case in geting the plastic card so quick.

One the card:
A#:xxxxxxxx, Reciept#: LIN268-XXXXXXXXX
Resiendent since 2/15/03
Expire date:5/xx/2013


Wife and son's are still not ordered per online msg.

ND:09/22/01
RFE:10/22/02
AD: 2/22/03
EB3
PP stamped -Chicago 3/10/03
Odered 5/28/03 per same LIN# msg
Received Card 3/6/03
