My wife had TB when she was 10 yrs old. Now she is 31. I have not filed I485 along with I140, because i was not sure if they will reject our case outright as she has had TB at age 10. TB leaves a scar on your lungs and can be seen on your chest x-ray.
Should i file I485 for only myself? or
Should i go via CP instead of I485 process?
If i file for only myself while married what are the chances of my getting GC?
