Will change in job titile affect revalidation of H1

I will be applying for revalidating my H1-B visa within the US. And later my wife will be applying for her H-4 in november at the New Delhi embassy.

The job title in my LCA is Programmer Analyst. However, our company went through a branding change in titles, and my new title is Systems Specialist.

While I apply for the H1-B revalidation, and get a letter from my employer, will it make a difference if it shows my position as a systems specialist. The primary responsibilites are still the same.

No. if you are still really concerned take letter from your employer with old title.
