Will category have any meaning now?

Since EB3 is fast approaching the same PDs as EB2/EB1 will ALL the EB3 cases that were received during August-SEp 1999 due to "Everybody being Current" be processed as per receipt date BEFORE EB2 cases?
I don\'t mean to offend any EB3 guys , just cusrious?
