Will Case status webpage say "revoked" if employer revokes I-140?

Let's say your I-140 was approved and then you applied for I-485. If after a few months the employer revokes your I-140, is there any way you will get to know about it? Will the USCIS Case status webpage say "revoked"?

What does it mean if there is a LUD on the I-140 five months after approval and it still says "this case has been approved."

1- NO.
2- I485 application is returned/denied, reflected on LUD.

It happens occasionally. In my case when my company revoked my H1 it did show as company has withdrawn this petition for four months and one day suddenly changed back into approval message.

There is one case from 2002 ( eac0220252869) that I-140 shows as withdrawn. That I picked up while scanning. But most of times it is does not change the status.

That's incorrect. Only application under process is withdrawn, once approved, it can not be withdrawn only beneficiary related applications are refused/denied.

O.K. Wrong wordings, My H1 was showing as revoked.

So Assur, how do I find out if the I-140 has been revoked?
No way, except when your case/application is pending with USCIS or it is filed... then USCIS simply returns/deny it. I think, but I am not sure, FOIA could be a way-out to get information.

No problem.
Simply
1- H1B is not reusable for other beneficiary - So revoked
2- Approved I140 is reusable for other beneficiary - so revokation applied only on beneficiary NOT I140 itself.

Approved I140 is reusable for other beneficiary - so revokation applied only on beneficiary NOT I140 itself.

This immigration system is just wrong. Keeping immigrants at the employer's mercy like this is just evil. The UK has a better system based on the immigrant's talents and background only. You're not beholden to any one employer. I have to seriously start thinking about moving.

What do you mean by approved I-140 is reusable? Underlying labor is re-usable. new applicant and company has to pass the all tests of I-140 again. That will have new receipt number and separate case.
Same as H1, approved I-140 is not reusable for other beneficiary.

LC is reusable, you are right.

Pardan Me for ignorance. If you are restarting the process how come it is re-used? That will be fresh.
I140 re-used based on PD, if not approved, else PD cannot be reused.

I thought we were talking about I-140 not about PD here For that matter even PD also cannot be used.

Once I-140 revoked even PD also cannot be used. Recently that in March 2005 One of my friend was trying use the PD of his revoked I-140. His attorney's office went through the AILA liaison to talk to USCIS. He got reply back saying PD can cannot be reused in case of revocation.

If you substitute different person new beneficiary also cannot use it.
