I filed 485 (EB2) in Nebraska center. My RD is 5/11/01 and ND is 6/11/01 and FP 8/17/01. I recently just moved to CA. I am working under EAD now. I am wondering showld I apply H-1 or use EAD? My lawyer suggests me to apply H-1 in case 485 got denied. But I am afraid that if I apply H-1 in CA, my 485 case might be transferrd to CA from Nebraska, which will delay the approval for a long time. Anyone has suggestions on this? I am very concerned.
