Will 'Affidavit of Support' only for winner be enough to get the visa for whole family?

I am DV-2009 winner and my spuse is also going to move with me to US.

Someone in US is agree to provide me I-134 and a job offer but only for me. What in case, we shell not have enough private funds, will the I-134 and job letter be enough?

If not, just in case, our sponsor will be agree to issue these both documents for both of us, does he has to issue extra document for each of us, or he can use our names in a single document i.e. job offer.

One form is enough no need to have 2 separate forms. However the main criteria is the sponsors total funds should cover above 'poverty line' for the number of ppl mentioned in the form. (ie sponsor+his family+your family+any others he sponsored b4)
