I am in u.s for past 2 yrs and this year my employer applied for my h1 visa and unfortunately i was not selected in lottery.I am planning to go to india for couple of months but was concerned regarding the issue of increase in 50,000 H1B visas.If incase the 50,000 visas increases when i am in india then how the proccedings for re-applying in my case will take place(I was geting change of status.
